When The “Human” shall Rise out of the Man . . . . .


Hatred, virulence, envy and greed, part and parcel of his life,
his own subsistence in peril amidst the carnage he has thrived.

Emblematic of a breathing fender, for money is the elixir for him,
his heart is just a cauterized appendage, invigorating the glutton within.

The society he dwells in, finely laced by caste and creed;
Even its helm is in callous hands, guided by avarice and sleaze.

But behold! The story doesn’t end here…

Look at the young one who just put in the world his first step,
Is the little beating heart aware of the hatred yet?
Just kindle the humanity in him, let the love rise..
For he shall be the soother, the candle in the dark nights.

Even when man may appear averting on the outside, but a heart still dwells in him.
He  may have stopped listening to its beats;  but, yes! the Human twirls within.

Well written philosophy :).

The question still remains will the "human" rise ?.. It is his pseudo intelligence which created all myth, yet sometimes the human rises, the human inside rises for his beloved ones where he genuinely does things for LOVE. There shall be no such ill mentioned in the article, if there is LOVE everywhere.

Nice portrayal of thoughts. What if both these souls discuss in the next post ? :)

I dont!!
there are two ways I can justify it :
lets start emotionally : if a man constantly hurts someone and then realizes what he has done, and tries to alter it.Whats the point of such heart awakening, when whom he has hurt no more beats !!!

and secondly let me explain it scientifically (as i believe being engineers we might agree to this ;) :
Adaption is what man does!!
HE adapts to his environment..situations. and that brings a change in him which make sure that man is never ever the same. Human kind started with this process of adaptation and now a "Human" has adapted to be a "MAn" so believe me there is no turning back now. Could it ever happen according to science ?
You might say if environment or situation change then ?
They will never; even you know that !! :)

You are correct about the third pt.. but hope is good to have.. the young child adapts to situations.. what if situation is something that nurtures the human in him.. probably hard to find that but one candle can light millions.. lets see who that candle is :)

There is one thing that my last post made me realize.. Untitled

Life has its own set of ups and downs. There are times when the Lady Luck shines on you with all her might and then there are days when everybody leaves you in the lurch and just walks away. Who else can vouch for this better than my own blog. There was a time when it used to see regular updates, sprawling   visits and then there is a time now when the tides have turned against the poor guy and it is lying in some obscure corner catching dust.. no updates.. no visits… sigh.. :( I am well aware that no matter how hard I try, but still it is going to be futile to fish for any excuses and muster some convincing reasons for the long hiatus in posting to this blog. But better late than never. I have finally wielded my pen (or my keyboard to be precise) and it is high time I break out of the shackles of apathy that have overtaken me of late. But settling down on a topic is again a task herculean in itself. I think it will be better if I just etch out a couple of random things around me.

She walked on the cold vapid soil while thoughts continued to race through her mind. The trees, the soft cool breeze and the lake: everything was just the same as it used to be 2 years back when she was here; all except for her feelings.
